I am running for Huerfano County Commissioner and as a 50-year resident of Gardner, I am deeply committed to our prosperity and well-being. Living in the unincorporated areas of the County, I have a first-hand appreciation for the efforts made by the County to support all residents and know we can still do better. My experience working with the numerous community serving boards will contribute innovative and proactive policy solutions and projects that enhance connectivity, public safety, economic development, and quality of life for all residents. I will lead with transparency, accessibility, accountability, and integrity to ensure that the needs of our residents are met. I believe collaboration and partnerships are the keys to progress and if elected, I will work devotedly as an advocate to address key issues and uplift the community and Huerfano County in general.
